Lamb:

Our Katahdin sheep are raised on pasture all year. They are fed certified organic hay during Winter months, and receive supplemental certified organic grain towards the end of pregnancy and the first couple weeks of nursing(ewes only, lambs will nurse exclusively). 

 

Pork:

Our pigs are raised on pasture and wooded areas. They are fed certified organic grain daily. We raise Large Black Hogs and Berkshires, both are heritage breeds.
